These Mantle Beams are finished with a very aged/vintage look they have a distressed surface and heavly chamfered edges (see photos) and come with a dark "old wood" colour as standard.
They have no lacquer or varnish applied
They will usually have some shakes/cracks etc to add to their overall vintage look, these should not be considered faults
These mantel beams facings are ideal for fitting over a brick or stone built fireplace, but can also be fitted against a flat wall as in the photograph
These Mantel Beam Facings can also be supplied in sizes up to 8 1/2" x 2 3/4" (225mm x 70mm) and can also be finished in an antique pine colour similar to the "RUSTIC 8"
